According to statistics from Nashville's MLS, November 2009 sales for Davidson County were up slightly over 64% from November homes sales in November of 2008. Suggesting that Nashville real estate, and sales of Nashville homes are responding the the Federal stimulus program. For the same time period, Williamson County statistics show an increase of 51% of Brentwood TN homes, and other real estate in Williamson County. The statistics in Sumner County show real estate sales up 74% for, Hendersonville homes, Gallatin homes, and residential real estate sales in Sumner County.
